Maruti Steers Pulse Polio Campaign

In the past few months Maruti has undertaken various activities to create awareness and improve the health of people residing in their adopted villages in Manesar.

Taking a step forward, this time Maruti's Corporate Social Responsibility team joined hands with Public Health Centre of Kasan village. The project undertaken was Pulse Polio drive. This is one of the project where our Corporate Social Responsibility team had established collaboration with government and worked for a cause.

For the Pulse Polio drive apart from covering our adopted villages the activity was also extended to two other villages, Nanarpar & Kho at Manesar. Nukkad Natak was organised a day before to spread awareness among the parents. All the effort paid off, when the doctors managed to cover more than
7200 children across all these villages…

Congartulation Marutians for this wonderful work.

Talk on facts, not with assumptions Mr Anonymous. For your information all other comapanies in Manesar are driving their CSR activities.....In short and Simple....CSR IS NOT AT ALL CLEANING YOUR OWN HOME

Are you having any some grudge against Maruti?

No . I dont have any grudge with Maruti. If one has to do CSR activities they should do it with the aim of social service and not for their own sake.

An individual who is living near a metro can easily earn his living by doing any work whcih is availabe.CSR is required in teh remote places where there are no jobs and ppl are dying of hunger.
They dont have work to do and grains to eat...

Its bad but every company wants to do CSR in Metros only to get publicity. They dont aim to serve the society in actual
